TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL
Tracks I compose are tailored fit to the character, lore, scenery and is thematic. Something that can capture the attention of viewers, sticks inside the head and is not overly complicatedPAYMENTS
Payment must be made first before I start working on the track.
Upfront is preferred but we can do half a half.TIME OF DELIVERY
For Basic up to Premium Package (Around 30 working days)
For Premium Deluxe up to the VTuber Package (Around 60 working days, depends on the complexity)
For Original Songs, it might take a little bit longer
Time of delivery might change if current commissions are complicated
Rush Fee is an addition 50% of the packageUSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Clients who availed the Premium Package up to the VTuber Package have the permission to use it for personal use, streams, VODs, Lore Videos etc. (Anything related to streaming and their online persona)LICENSING
If the client plans on using the music for games, movies, radio, TV and advertisement, an additional licensing fee of $100 (or more, depends on the type of track and discussion with client) per track is required.I still have the intellectual rights and ownership to the tracks I composed, the right to post drafts/demos while working on the track.I also have the rights to post the tracks as part of my portfolio, demo reels and on Music streaming platforms.FULL BUYOUT
If the customer wants complete ownership of the track (including the right to use it however they want and reproduce it), a full buyout fee of $350 USD per track is required.ROYALTIES
I have 100% royalty when I upload tracks that are not fully bought out to music streaming servicesnote: A document will be signed by both parties for Licensing and Full BuyoutCREDITS
You can credit me by linking my socials and use the name KAGEMORI MusicThe client must always properly credit/mention me as the composer regardless it was fully bought out or not
